WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

DO YOU OFFER ACRYLIC NAILS?

As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, we require 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation or rescheduling. 

Rescheduling is not allowed for same day appointment. 

Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.  

All other cancellation will be charged 5% of the scheduled service price. 

No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

We do not offer Acrylic Nails. 
We use Zoya, Opi, Essie polish, Opi Gel, and Gelish Gel.

WHAT IS YOUR SANITATION PROTOCOL?

Files, buffers, and pumices are never reused, and we use disposable liners for each and every pedicure. In addition, we clean and sanitize all tools and equipment after each client.
